Full House Revival in the Works

It's a fun show. Kimmy Gibbler makes it for me.

I remember Full House so fondly, the series was an awesome family sitcom that really was revolutionary for it time. With an Epic Cast, great stories and heartwarming memories and unforgettable laughter. The sequel or spin-off show Fuller House much like another rebooted series "Boy Meets World", Girl Meets World tries to recapture the style of the show with a modern twist relatable to todays generation.

Season 1 is a little rocky start right now for Fuller house, However I think if given a season 2 it will get a chance to grow and develop into it's own unique show without trying to replay the same memories from the original series.

Let's be clear, I like Fuller House and I believe it's got potential and i'm enjoying the nostalgia moments that play out in season 1.

I loved seeing Danny, Joey & Jesse back in the series premiere, hope they pop up again .

That didn't take very long to renew.

If U didn't like it nobody is making u watch the 2nd season and its ur opinion but a lot of people I known really liked it so its no surprise that it got a 2nd season.

There was a reason they brought this back of all things. It still seems to have a big following, must of done pretty well for it to get a pick up this soon.

True but it's not a good show and I can come and state that if I want to. Simple as that. It's in the leagues of Two and a Half Men, Big Bang Theory, etc. Not very good TV at all.

It's not really surprising it got a 2nd season. The 1st season was cheap to make, I'm sure it made it's budget back, it's one of the top watched shows on Netflix, and it's getting reviews. Also, it's not like the writing is so complex that a overlying storyline is gonna be a focus. Some people want basic, mindless sitcoms back, and they're getting it with this.

I wouldn't put Full House in the same category as those other two. None of them were quality shows, but Full House's target audience was tweens to younger teenagers, so the writing was dumbed down purposely. The writing on Two and a Half Men and Big Bang Theory is just dumb on principle.

I'd rate Fuller House above Two and a Half Men and Big Bang Theory because some of their jokes actually made me laugh.

I'd also rate it higher because it doesn't treat the audience as dumb idiots.

Fuller House isn't trying to be witty

does what it says on the tin

ranks it higher than BBT right there IMO

I finished it this afternoon. Like the predecessor, it's decent enough.

Damn that renewal was fast! I dont even think Daredevil or House of Cards gets renewals that fast.

Max definitely stole the show for me. Glad to hear about the renewal. I liked this show a lot more than I thought I would. Hope to see the original cast back more often next season. Also Steve. Hope he'll be back full time.

Max reminded me a lot of myself, whenever I'd get sugared up as a kid.

I'm not trying to bash Full House, but I have to ask, what would you call "revolutionary" about that show? It was very popular, but it was far from the first sitcom, or the first sitcom aimed at that audience. I really can't think of anything the show did to give it such an ambitious title.

It was OK. So many liberal jokes. I think it's hard to have a show like this exist in this era. So much has changed. It just seems like a reboot/rehash of what was done before. It's cute for nostalgia.

I actually think Kimmy's daughter was the best of kids.

In terms of technology and vocab the show has caught up and it needed to. Danny was taking a selfie, Jesse was using his phone to call Rebecca and receive a text from it. There were references to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

We had three guys who took on a roles of parenthood raising three girls in the 90's. They tackled issues of development family, responsibility ,growing up etc.
