Check out this new story from E! Online:
"Star Magazine is reporting that Andrew Garfield, who is starring in The Amazing Spider-Man, had to be rushed to the hospital. Apparently Garfield suffered an allergic reaction...to his costume. That's correct; the new Spider-Man is allergic to his outfit. I imagine that it's stressful to fill the shoes of a superhero, especially ones that were previously filled by the very buff Tobey Maguire. But it has to be much tougher to fill those shoes when the public finds out that blue tights make you sneeze. Spider-Man is supposed to be a superhero. He's supposed to save women and children from burning buildings. You can't take your superheroes seriously when you know they have to pop a few Allegra before they are able to suit up."
Does anyone else think that being allergic to his costume is perfect for Spider-Man? I can easily imagine Stan himself writing that, SPidey leaping around itching whilst fighting the Rhino.
