Ghost Rider and Blaze in the Secret Defenders?

i remember reading in the 90's issues like around midnight sons era about Ghost Rider and Blaze teaming with Darkhawk and wolverine and some other people in the Secret Defenders but when i tried to look for the comics i couldnt find them in it.

Despite being in the promo art for the series, neither Ghost Rider nor Blaze made an appearance in Secret Defenders. Ghost Rider DID serve as a Secret Defender, however, in Dr. Strange # 50 and Fantastic Four # 374.

ha in the Ghost Rider Finale they have a bio for Ghost Rider and under Group Afiliation they state hes in the Secret Defenders.....

I guess that's because of what Ixnay just said about issue 50 of Stange...

I collected that entire series back in the day just to see when GR was gonna join the group and kick some ass. I was quite disappointed.... though, I am a huge fan of the run.

Yea that teaser image was a complete lie, it had MAverick on it as well and he never showed up either.

That ad had me picking up Secret Defenders in hopes for a GR appearance for a while, too. I enjoyed the book regardless.

And the "new Fantastic Four" Secret Defenders team was a very cool group.
