There is some cool stuff in the new Wizard magazine, it has a cool shot of the bike and MSJ talking about not wanting to ride it since its such a large chopper. It also said they had it up to like 90 mph on the set.

Outdoors, me thinks.

Great stuff Strange. I'll have to have a look for that mag! Thanks for posting.

I'll look for the mag too. Thanks.

Burning Down The House: ''Interactive light, interactive fire, interactivetive powers-its always about impact," explains Petruccelli. "You'll see the ground melting as it goes by, shattering windows and burning buildings down or cleaving through police vehicles. It'll race up buildings, and you shouldn't know when its the real bike or a creation."

This was from production designer Kirk M. Petruccelli.

hope they can pull that off and make it look 100% realistic....regardless though that is going to awesome to see.

I was hoping we'd see some racing-up-the-side-of-a-building action! That image, in the first issue of Vol.2 (I think), burned into my brain when I first saw it.

:D

I got a question for all of you. If you see the pre-official trailer for GR, in the end it shows GR blazing past a cop at over 998+ miles per hour. If he's going that fast, wouldn't there be no noise as the cop 's blow away. I mean sound doesnt travel 999mph, you know what I mean?

:ghost:

Who cares, i'd be more worried that a guy is driving down the street on a motorcycle.....oh and he has a flaming head

Still it would make for a GREAT effect to see GR break the sound barrier. The cop is clocking this speeding entity coming down the road, his clock goes over 998+, his face lights up as the bright flaming entity reaches ever closer, and finally a giant gush of air makes him fall of his bike, followed by the hellcycle blazing by. After the bike blazes by, you see the cop flying across the screen , followed by a big boom and a giant roar comign from the GR hellcycle that drowns out the cop's scream.

If you guys havent seen what it looks like to break the sound barrier, take a look at this jet breaking the sound barrier:

So... nobody has any scans of the mag yet? I find that hard to believe.

I was looking through some old wizard mags today and noticed this funny costume this guy put on for Halloween contest they were having that year. He was dressed up as Ghost Rider of course and won the "what were you thinking" award. He won because it looked like he actually set his head on fire. I attached some crappy quality pics for ya, but they will do I guess....

The next page had someone that was dressed like Scarecrow

dang he shoulda stayed away from the beans!

you guys ever hear of a fan mag called Comic Reader? I ran across tons of them before I moved, still have them in boxes up north lol

Do you think it was an actual Ghost Rider outfit or one he just made himself. I figure he just got an ordinary skull mask and added some spikes to the leather jacket

yup..i even remember seeing that skull mask in the stores years ago...he did a
pretty good job on his costume

Pretty cool article have no way to scan it but it mentions the hell cycle is over 11ft long and ways over 700lbs and goes 90-100mph with lighting effects as markers for the F/X people as where to put the flames. There's 6 cycles. 3 useable one of which mounts to a car/truck, 2 for props, and 1 that's in segments for various shots. I'd scan it but don't have a scanner.
