Lets just hope he listens to the fans & cut out that goth girl scene discribing Ghost Rider this movie does not need that scene
yeah seriously.....

so far, thats the only prob i have with this movie....

i find that goth girl to be crapifying the trailers....

hopefully if it is in the movie its used much better

Well, I think it's pretty much confirmed; I'm the only one who likes the Goth Girl bit... and it's probably because I don't look at it as a goth girl bit. I'm trying to picture what else that scene is being used for, besides the something light in a dark world. What I think about most is that it could very well be one of the first times we're reintroduced to Roxanne after the time passes. It could be being used to show the audience that she is now that 'go getting reporter... who knows?

Besides, what's so bad about it? I mean, it's funny. Nobody else sees it as funny? I mean, somebody out there would have that reaction to seeing Ghost Rider for the first time, not knowing he's a demon.... and Eva's reaction to the comments is priceless.

I like it and I think when we get it in full context (if it's in the movie...), it'll appear less offensive to those (all) who don't like it. Then again, I may hate it in full context, who knows?

i just dont like it.....

it doesnt belong.....
please CUT IT:(

i for one dont like the goth girl...as ive said before.
however i guess the gg scene received a good response from test audiences...if its true they previewed the movie some months ago. if it didnt receive a good response there would be no way in hell any sane director would keep it in the movie...wouldnt make sense.
i hope its cut but it wouldnt kill the movie for me if it isnt....just seems very out of place to me.

I like the goth girl part.

It's really funny. Maybe she'll have a really funny moment in the scene she sees him.

that may be the only way to save it.........a little

Since i first saw the now legendary Comic Con "illegal" footage, i really ate the "goth" girl part.
Like our friend said, it doesn´t belong.
Maybe a child, giving the innocence/darkness balance, but THAT girl?
She´s a famous australian comedian, or something.
And the movie was shot in Melbourne, so who knows?
Besides, sorry, but she´s terrible. It hurts my eyes.
No offense.
I´m one of the "CUT THE DAMN SCENE NOW" kind of fan.

Im with ya..SAVE THE GOTH GIRL!!!! SHE LEAVES BIT MARKS!!! It says so on her shirt....lol

I actually thought the Goth Girl part was teriffic. And Eva's response is teriffic as well.

I hope MSJ doesn't cut it. But then again, It'd be fine if he did....it's his film...not mine.

The thing is....what the hell would you do if you saw something riding down the street Ghost Rider?! That's the reason for the Goth Girl scene. I believe.

I'd probably ***** my pants, and go "AAHHHHHH!"

I think it's just a nice, lighter moment, presumably after a dark, noisy, hellacious GR sequence. And, I agree, it's funny to hear someone's reaction to a flaming, skull-headed biker. It reminds me of the sequence from Spider-Man where New Yorker eye-witnesses are being interviewed about him.

:woot:

Doubt it. The director's at Sony seem to be given the right amount of freedom. The violence, like AVP, can be written off as creature violence which is in the PG-13 realm. MSJ isn't at Fox this time around people he is getting the cut he wants the first time.

Exactly, GR will mostly be fighting other demons anyway, and any humans he encounters, he wont kill, so theres no need for blood to be everywere. This rating will be fine.

reminds me of winona ryder in bettlejuice....
