Girl arrest for dropping a cake.

There's an interview with the mother on this link.

I've not listened to it yet, since she was interviewed by Alex Jones, so take it for what it's worth

There is no proof he called her a nappy head.

:whatever: Are you for real? What about this elaborate piece of "fiction," you wrote - where is there proof that any of this occurred. I saw no evidence of a 'ghetto' attitude from either the girl or her mom. In fact, the mother was fairly well spoken, not at all how you are suggested in your little story.

Your way of putting things in 'perspective,' sickens me.

Like Chris Rock says, I'm not saying he's innocent, but I understand.

This is a school in LA that deems it necessary to have security. It's probably a school that you wouldn't want your children to go to. I'm guessing a school with a lot of gang bangers.

To play the stereotype card like everyone else, this was a 16 year old black girl, she probably has a huge attitude problem. Even her mom looked like she had an attitude. Here is a the situation that makes more sense.

She knock/threw the cake down on purpose, laughing about it, "I don't care, I do what I want." She has a reputation as a trouble maker. She's told to clean the mess or go to the principals office. She refuses and argues, cussing and "acting black". She's told two or three times and finally pretends like she's cleaning it up, but is really just smearing the cake to act like an ass. The security guards have enough and start to escort the girl to the principals office. She starts fighting and pushing the guards, which is assault. She starts to be put in cuffs and she's still fighting and squirming and "breaks" her own wrist (thank god she wasn't tased). Other kids start video taping the incident gathering a crowd, yelling and cursing and "acting black". The other guards tell the rowdy crowd to simmer down or they will be sent to the principals office too. They down and they start to be escorted to the principal, and they start fighting and shoving, the guy's sister jumps in as well and starts fighting with the guards also. They are then arrested. The mother of the girl, thinking her daughter could never do anything wrong or thinks her daughter doesn't have to follow the rules because she's black, goes to the school and starts "acting black" as well. Because she's black, she thinks she has the right to poke and shove the principal. She's warned that if she continues she will be arrested as well. The media catches wind of the story. The mother makes up the part about the nappy-head comment because Imus said it and it's a hot button issue that will rally the "black leaders" behind her. The media does what it does and reports what will bring in rating.

Now see how much things make sense when put in perspective then thinking, "The guards went to the Hitler school of security, and they are in law enforcement so are inherently racists, and they get hard by breaking sweet little innocent girl's arms, and this is another example of a top secret government conspiracy to slowly turn us into a totalitarian/fascist/dictatorship government."

I'd like to hear your opinion on who really took down the Twin Towers. :cwink:

There is no proof any of that happend. BUT, there is no proof that it didn't happen either. And I freely admit that what I wrote was hypothetical. But, it's a more realistic then;

Do you seriously believe that the guard arrested her for dropping cake? Or the other kid was arrested for recording it on his cell phone?

I know this might sound crazy and a bit of a stretch, but I think it was... Al Quida.

:wow:

I've never heard of him. Who is Al Quida and why do you believe he was responsible for 9/11? Is he a black man? Did one of the recordings on Flight 93 contain the word "nappy"? Please, you must give me some sort of evidence that Mr. Quida was responsible for 9/11. Was he affiliated with Al-Qaeda? Did he have tea with President Bush on 9/10? Did you see, for a brief moment, a black man flying from the plane just before it hit and despite evidence against it, you KNOW he's going to be back in the sequel because of the Lazarus Pits?

Well, speak up, man! Why did you think Al Quida did it?

I'll leave the concocting of wild fiction to you. :whatever: I don't know all the facts, so I won't draw conclusions about what she or he may or may not have done, other than what we already know that has not been disputed: There was cake involved.

I'm not the one making up scenarios on what 'most likely' happened or impugning people based on race, that's your department. ALL I am suggesting is that the issue was handled poorly. He is a school security officer .. Somebody should have told him he wasn't storming the beaches at Normandy.

In the wake of Columbine it's understandable that many schools now employ security personnel. Shoot, even without Columbine it wouldn't be surprising. If this girl had been wielding a gun, inciting a riot, threatening other students or faculty, even fistfighting, I would understand his need to "restrain," her. Under dire or violent circumstances like that if she had been injured as a result of his attempts to restrain her, (stop a fight, grab a gun away from her, etc,) then I would think it was a natural outcome of such a scuffle. However, there was cake involved. :whatever: Cake. Birthday cake. Happy Birthday to that kid. That's one to tell the grandkids about.

This wasn't about a crime being committed. This is not a 'law enforcement,' issue.

It wasn't wild fiction at all. It was actually pretty realistic.

And I'm saying that this situation might of been handled appropriately. Storming hte beaches at Normandy? That's a pretty wild exaggeration.

Who said she wasn't. She was being restrained for something and it wasn't probably wasn't for dropping cake. Just like taser boy's "question", the cake had nothing to do with the arrested.

.

Once again you're talking out of your ass. You've already freely admitted your scenario was fiction, now you're saying it was realistic. :whatever: Dude, you're not even worth debating with.

:wow:

It's a freakish mutation of Kritish and Wilhelm!

RUNNN!

Don't you think it's racist to assume that in every situation where a black person is involved, the black person is automatically guilty?

I mean, people were saying that the crime where all these white guys tortured and raped this black girl for days WAS NOT racially motivated (until it was later proven to be so) and yet, all we REALLY know in this case is that she was slammed down for dropping a cake and called a "nappy head" and we automatically assume she's the bad guy.

I sense a lot of latent white racism here, but of couse nobody's going to admit it. :o
You know, I take your opening remark as a compliment, those guys are smart as hell and quiet passionate in their debating.

And I'm not being racist, I don't give a **** what color she is. I'm being agist, I believe it's more likely she provoked because she's a teenager. And maybe he did call her a "Nappy-Head" a racist comment, yes, completely inappropriate, yes, but irrefutable evidence of racism, no. It just means he's insenistive. Are all black people who use the term "Cracker" racist?

Fiction can be realistic. If you want evidence, let me get really outlandish and cite the radio-play of "War of the Worlds". People thought a fictional account of an alien invasion was REAL.

My point being that what he gave is a possible, and in my opinion, more likely, alternate scenario. It may or may not be fiction, and it may or may not be closer to the truth than the story we've recieved in the media.

Whats "Fictional" here is the story of a security guard forcing a young african american girl to pick up cake she accidentally dropped then breaking her wrist and arresting her for not picking it up properly.

I'd like to know the REAL story.

This interview is worthless. Not because of the biased mother, but because of the jackass doing the interviewing. MY GOD IN HEAVEN! The guy is a rabid conspiracy theorist. He's idiotic. He makes one claim that only Pedophiles want jobs as school guards. He makes another that cops are taught to lie.

After reviewing the footage from the video shown on the news, I don't exactly see how the guard would have broken her wrist. Her arm is not bent at extreme angles, and he looks like he's being rather professional about it all. Obviously there is no sound so we can't know what he said or didn't say. I've worked with cops in my life, I've been taught how to cuff people, I've been taught how to write up reports.

Why does that have to be fictional? And if it is, why hasn't the "real" story come out yet? This officer and the school sure are taking a long time to tell their version of the events.

Because if the guard really DID do that, then that probably wouldn't be the first racist remark/actions he has done. And I dont think he would have lasted as long as he has in a school with a majority of the population being african american.

But who knows maybe he'll get **** canned.

You think he would get caught or make it obvious every time he does something? How long do you think those cops that beat Rodney King had a job before they were caught? It isn't always easy to weed out these punks, especially when most victims are too scared to talk or can't prove their case. Luckly, this punk was finally caught red handed and hopefully the punk will be fired.

You do realize that the cops in the Rodney King case were railroaded by a system so concerned with looking politically correct that they let a single incomplete account of the event was broad cast around the country, pulling the rug out from under the feet of a group of cops who, in all likelihood, were not racists and had just been trying to do their jobs that night.

You think continuously battering a suspect with nightsticks while he's on the ground in feetle postition is "just doing their job". Your veiws are twisted. Next you'll tell me slavery didn't exist and lynch mobs were justified. The video doesn't lie.

FYI, a few of the officers involved in that incident were african americans. If I remember correctly, they kept telling Rodney to stay on the ground and he kept trying to get up, resulting in the beating (you can see this by watching the video, none of the officers just go up to him and beat him down. They wait until he tries to get back up and hit in areas of the body where they train you to hit with a baton, with the exception of the officer who has had previous assault charges on him before). But those guys should have just cuffed him instead of constinately beating him, they deserved what they got.

I didn't see any black cops beating him in that video. And there are several points in thevideo where the cops are beating him even when he's in too much pain to get up.
