GLOW (Netflix)

Blink and you'll miss her but Heather Morris makes a cameo (I just started this so idk if her role is any bigger lol)

One episode down, not bad. I'm a big wrestling fan and Alison Brie is cute. Plus I love 80's stuff. I'll definitely finish it.

Allison Brie and Marc Maron knock it out of the park in this.

Echoing the love for Brie and Maron and add that Betty Gilpin is turning in some incredible work.

I think she overpowers Brie halfway through the show.

Also, I imagine that fans of Alison Brie on this site are going to quite enjoy the first episode.

Holy ****, I love this show. When a show you've never seen before has you singing along to the theme song 2 seconds in, you're in for a ride.

The soundtrack is great.

Not going to lie, when this popped up in an episode...

I stood up and started cheering.

In Soviet Union binge watch involves watching alcoholic grandfather drink all the Baltas.

Agreed. This show really highlights how hideous and repulsive Alison Brie is.

I kind of agree with Sam's first appraisal.

Saw the first episode, and loved it. Alison Brie is perfect as always; go glad to see her in a lead role, finally. And Maron kills it as the a**hole director. And it was great to hear Scandal's "The Warrior" in the opening credits. I'll definitely be watching more of this.

I just finished this, and I loved it.So many great wrestler cameos.

I enjoyed the show. Hopefully there will be another season.

The Ku Klux Klan bit was really funny.

I remember Kate Nash as another one of those Brit performance arts school musicians that got popular off myspace years ago. First time I've seen her act and she is surprisingly good.

I tried this show, and gave up after four episodes. It's not bad, but I was hoping for more connections to the actual characters and events from G.L.O.W.'s days.

It's supposed to be a fictionalized version I think, not based on any real person. They also wanted to show how GLOW came together and not just jump right into how they are professionals.

We always knew we wanted to take it pretty slow the first season. Once the girls know how the wrestle, there’s no going back. We knew that we had a bunch of opportunities in terms of the story of the show coming together and the team coming together that we didn’t want to blow past.

Fantastic. Loved the season so much. Can't beat the 80's or 80's hair. I expected the slow burn to the actual wrestling, so I wasn't disappointed.

Loving this show. Marc Maron, Alison Brie, and Betty Gilpin are great.

Jackie Tohn kinda reminds me of Kate McKinnon.
