My friend sent in a second submission, and she's beginning to suspect it's by email address and not mailing address since they assigned her to a different voting district.

And yeah, she used a second email addy, but the mailing addy is still the same.

So for sure its random now

I was starting to think that the districts had something to do with ranking (Gold=Uptown, Silver=midtown, Bronze=Downtown) But if you click on the videos in the differant rankings, they're spread out everywhere.
Plus some people haven't gotten a ranking but HAVE been assigned a district.

Could it be format (Video, Photo)?
Could it be Date Submitted?
Maybe it's a combination of things?

I'm in Chicago, I submitted a video on March 13th, I got a gold (friend of Harvey) ranking on the site and I'm in district 20 (Granton).

I think it's probably something to do with emails (I know I'm a day late and a dollar short but - ) I submitted two pictures, both from the same email address (and same other info)and my first registration card came back w/ 573 Sixth Ave Granton, Gotham City. My email confirmation for my second picture said I was in the same Precinct (20; Granton). I just throw that in.
