Yeah i saw it with a lot of young kids in the audience.

They laughed at just about anything.

I just saw it....i went in thinking it was going to suck....but it was better then i thought, but still crappy...but it was way better then those crappy Epic movie, date movie films...

Well, Superhero Movie came in 3rd place this weekend making $9.5 million. 21 got first and Horton came in second.

I don't remember it being in the movie itself.



Also, it is mainly Spider-man spoof, everything else ala X-Men and Fantastic Four were already shown in the commercials. That's about all the have when it comes to other superhero movies, besides the Batman one.

Just saw it today and it was better than the awful Date/Epic/MTS crap fest, although some of the jokes seemed recycled from other spoof movies it was still funny, and it would be great if they follow up with sequels exploring more superhero territory. I'd give it 3/5 stars.

anyone notice the same actor who was the burglar in Spider-Man (Michael Papajohn) plays yet another burglar in this one too, thought that was cool.

But of course you can't have a spoof movie without a couple of fart jokes, my favorite being

It had a few laughs here and there. Honestly, the hardest I laughed was when some little kids sitting in front of me were dying laughing at fart jokes. Hearing the kids laugh busted me up...though I wouldn't bring kids that age to this movie if I were a parent.

There was about 5 minutes of deleted scenes.
Some quite good, some painful to watch (wolverene, anybody?).

I gave the movie 7 out of 10.
It's about time we got a spoof movie like this.
It's my type of humor, so I was laughing the whole way through.

The fact that people go see this movie in such great numbers, and apologize for it...
Must be a sign of a steadily lowered average I.Q., or at least a drastic drop in the appreciation of clever comedy.

I remember my dad showing me old Monty Python comedies, or even some of the Mel Brooks stuff, and despite the silliness, the movie usually had something clever about it, things you'd pick up on if you had half a brain.

Now the entire focus of parody seems to be scatology and pathetic references to the lowest rungs of pop culture.

Date Movie had done 21 mil, both Epic Movie and MTS did about 18 mil, this flopped, and it makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside.

This movie is actually very very good. it's seriously on par with Hot Shots Scary movie series. I really enjoyed whereas i absolutely hated their last 3 efforts (date, epic, and spartans) I hated those, and i thought they would ruin this one, but this one is genuinely funny. perfect, hell no. not even great. but very very good. any superhero fan would like it i think.

i wish the Tom cruise scene was longer, as long as the separately release version. That section was hilarious.
