Green Lantern villain

[Teen Lantern]

Hey guys, I'm looking for a GL villain who's name I forget. All I know is that he has this all black suit with a kind of triangular shaped thing on the mask he waear and carries around this sord of beam. I saw him in an old GL comic, can anyone help me out please?

You're talking about the Black Hand. Who originally was William Hand before dedicating his entire life to crime. He spent days even weeks which later became years researching anything he could about any crime and what a criminal like him could get into. It was said that he learned everything he knew from a specific book, and then used his new abilities against Green Lantern who he had met after a brief encounter.

He created a special device which would allow him to absorb any kind of beams from Green Lantern's own power ring. It also had the power to transport any enemy he faced into another dimension.

Black Hand also lost his hand thanks to the Spectre in GL: Rebirth. What's left of his hand is in a dust pan in Ollie's basement.

On a darker note...if that's possible...that half of Hal Jordan totally gives me the damned willies.

That wasn't really Hal Jordan making the call. The Spectre has a reputation for rather sadistic punishments.
