To create your own song you'll probably have to beat the game with 100% on every song on expert, and then the feature will be incredibly hard to use. I'm just going off the difficulty curve and how hard it was to unlock stuff on GH3 here.

UGH! They should scrap the Aerosmith version (really how many songs are actually good) and left out the drums and vocals. More current songs and less 70's acid music.

here is how i see it... you will all buy it. people are addicted to music games. im not a huge aerosmith fan, but im gettin the game, why.... i like the games... im going to get rockband for wii.. why...... i like music games. everyone was saying how rock band is just a rip off of guitar hero, but you all buy it.

this game will be cool and still different from rock band, just different options and songs... something everyone wants, because its the songs that get you to buy the games.

Really dislike playing the current songs, but that's my music taste, more '70s and '80s hard/classic rock. Looking forward to the Aerosmith version as that's one of my favorite bands.

It seems unlikely the two will be compatible.
Well, with GH4 having a drumset with 5 pads and all.

I'm not gonna lie, the drumset looks damn fun.
It's got two elevated pads that look and act as cymbals.
But i guess when you go that deep into it, you might as well be playing real drums.

that guitar and character creation looks to be incredibly over the top. I've always had that problem with GH really...some of the characters just look so ridiculous...and that drum set looks terrible...

Why "Guitar Hero 4", though? I mean, drums? Singing? Its just Rock Band 2. Why not call it what it is?
