For sure! A generous budget with good actors & story would make a great new *Guyver* movie. Maybe you already know this. Did you guys know that David Hayter who was the Guyver in the last film is the same guy who wrote the screen play to the 1st X-Men?

Shoot, it's like his only major acting credit!(not counting his cameo in the first X-Men). When they annouced the writer for X-Men, I was like, "that can't be the guy from Guyver 2, can it?" And sure enough, it was him! I was surprised!.

yep, that's him. And he's also the voice of Snake in the Metal Gear solid video game series. That guy knows how to get around!

'kay, don't bother I found it myself. There is a new Guyver Anime coming on August 2005. The way it looks like, it's going to be a remake of the old one. Hopefully it doesn't stop at 12 Episodes.

Yes, there will be a new Guyver series airing in Japan starting August. I'm not sure if it's a remake or completely new story. Also no word on episode count yet. I definitely can't wait for this. It's about time we saw some more Guyver.

it looks like a revamp of the old episodes. a kind of freshening up. bringing it back up to contemporary anime. will the continue the series even further? that's what I want to know!

the music is being done by a guy who did music for a tokusatsu show kamen rider faiz.
if anybody has seen this show they will know that the music is pretty tight.
the ending theme is being made by bonniepink and is called cottoncandy.

looks alot like the original anime series. So much in fact that I thought it was pics from the old show. They should just make a 3rd live action film.

Yes, but it isn't quite the same as the original. For one thing, the animation for this one lacks the colorfulness and depth that the animation of the original OVA had.

Oh well.....what do you expect from a show that is being made in (At least in what I consider) the bronze age of Japanimation?
