Had to wait 15 minutes to log in. Hadn't tried but once.

Just what the title says. Tried to log in a bit ago, message came up saying I'd used all of my tries, and to wait 15. It was my first attempt since being successfully logged in earlier in the day. Anybody else with this experience?
