Halloween and Friday The 13th

It just occurred to me watching both the Halloween and Friday The 13th movies countless times I though of something.

If Michael Myers only comes out to kill every October 31 then why doesn't the stupid cops just hunt him down every other 364 days of the year? DUH!!!

The same with Jason Vorhees, the camp locals know every F13th theres a wacko in a hockey mask killing people and it would help to avoid a lot of bloodshed if they close down the camps on every F13th. DUH!!!

I've always found it funny that the titles of both of these movies are more or less MacGuffins for the films themselves. The storylines of the films really don't have anything to do with the holidays. I mean, sure, I know that these guys go on killing sprees on those particular days, but do you really think that they would just sit there and let you get away if you ran into them on any other day of the year?

Same night as the first. And technically Michael Myers never came out every Halloween. They thought he was dead after the first night, and he didn't come back until ten years later. And taking into account every sequel, that only made six Halloween nights spread over a couple of decades.

Myers broke out of the penetentiary a day before Halloween, and I guess he killed the mechanic on the same night.

Be funny if they got the holidays mixed up. Myers came out on christmas. He's aaall alooone on Christmas.

Can imagne him looking in the window at a family and wishing he had that. Then tries to go straight and become Santa. He kills Santa and does his thing. He has to slip the cookies between his mask and the milk spills in front of him. If a kid comes down and sees him just tucks them in.

The authorities generally won't pursue someone that they think is dead, which they usually do between sequels.

Half the time Jason is at the bottom of a lake or something until the next movie, Michael spent years in a coma between Halloween 2 and 4.

I guess it would become pointless then to suggest that people stop sleeping in the Nightmare On Elm Street movies to avoid bumping into Freddy Krueger.

And to not buy your child little dolls for fear that it could be another Chucky in the box.

And if people find a strange puzzle box to just toss it away so as to not bring in the Cenobites from Hellraiser.

kids on elm street should just wake up right before they get killed. Isn't that a normal reaction when you have a bad dream?

Freddy alters your perception so the dream seems too real to escape. He basically feeds on fear and the more powerful he is the less chance you have of survival.

Jason was believed killed or captured numerous times. Closing down Crystal Lake wouldnt keep people out. The did close it a couple of times though and it was reopened.
One time they just went on a boat cruise but that didnt turn out so well.

Myers returns home to haddonfield on halloween but isnt restricted to killing on only this day. He would most likely come home but wait for the cops to leave.

Halloween Resurrection was dumb why Mike continue to kill if he killed his sister the only purpose of him living.

^^ The movie was crap, that's why. A poor excuse to make another one, and a failed attempt, at that. The only somewhat good scene was the scene between Michael and Laurie in the beginning. Halloween 5 was WAYYYYY better, despite what people say.

Halloween was the secound halloween film that i watchesd, the first was halloween III and resurrection was really horrible to watch, i hated it and i´ll never watch it again, i liked the begining but the rest sucked really bad, i think that a Mickael vs jason would be cool, but i bet on a Freddy vs jason vs ash vs Mickael
