Does anyone know if there is a program that will allow you to SPEAK (Not CHAT) with the other players on Halo: CE for the PC?

Also, what user names do you guys play on and what server and game type online?

My in game name is Syydbarret and i'm normally in any server with low ping and regular weapons. I hate just sniper or just granade launcher servers.
