Is it your goal to get every thread you make locked?

There is a "Lounge" thread that is just that. Lounging and just talking about anything. You could ask this there instead of making a thread dude.

If your thread fits in the discussion of another, it's surplus to requirement. The more threads there are, the more stress there is on the server. Threads also lock after 1000 posts.

we don't need 3 or more of the same threads about the same thing over and over again, I told you to do a search on the subjects and even posted the links on the stuff you were asking about

It's amazing the arrogance of newbies who come here and think it's perfectly okay to flood a board with 10 new threads (all of which are redundant or empty) on their first day. I think I post a thread about once every two months and I've been here 7 years.

They're being deleted because there are already threads in which you can post those topics. You could have read some threads a bit before making new ones. You could have asked this question in the Lounge and people would have answered.

none were deleted, I closed them since we already have the threads about them

some were still on the same page you posted just below where you made your thread

While there no problems asking questions it's another thing to miss seeing the same thread just below yours and continue not do a simple search

Like I was saying have never really used a forum so was unsure to begin with as to why they were being locked but thanks for the info. Is there a cap on what we can post a day?

But please do a search before making a thread to see if the question or subject isn't already up
