They're making it into one big pot joke, aren't they? The fact that they were stoners actually mattered little to the plot of the first movie and served for very little joke fodder. Which is why it was good.

Loved the first. Absolutely awesome movie. Not sure if the sequel will turn out any good but I'm more than willing to give it a go.
