I will be livid if SSM gets cancelled after two seasons when dross like smallville is in its 8th season.

It will depend on how well it does on DISNEY XD. While they will have a smaller audience than on CW 4Kids, the expectations may also be lower than for a non-cable network channel. Hopefully if a 3rd season is approved, all of the production team won't be busy on other projects. Production on episodes ended a few months ago and Wiesman & Co. have stated they would be happy to return for more episodes if approved and humanly possible.

Erm...this has been known for a couple of months now...it will happen in March afaik.

yea season 1 episodes are due to be airing in march and from the looks of it as others have reported here disney is airing season 1 fully before we get season 2 on disney so it will be april/may probably before season 2 airs there unless plans have changed. Though i said this before it would be smarter to do a one day maranthon of season 1 in a couple of hrs and then the following day or so start season 2 at it schedule day/time and all that.

Aren't Disney notoriously well known for their love of editing a show down to nothing.

Also we can't forget the toys... If the toys stop selling well then the show will be in real trouble.

Airing the first season over again is not going to help ratings one bit.

we wont know probably to either a few episodes of season 1 are reaired on DXD soon or maybe even have to wait to they get into airing season 2 episodes there. Which sucks, since we know everyone was laid off from the production team untill they get a call from sony/marvel. And the longer it takes to get the call the less chance we could get everyone back.

This all goes back to the 2002 He-Man series which really kicked ass and was very upset the show didn't get picked up for a 3rd Season. There was still a lot to tell. Hordak was being hinted at but once more it was Mattel that decided the shows fate.

It would have been great if they just let Mike Young continue the series.

Hopefully it gets picked up for a 3rd season, cause there is still SOOO much to discover and this creative team to use, not counting all the great villains and storylines that could be done.

Specially since, i think this team could maybe possibly actually make the Clone Saga work on the show, more so the Ultimate version of it, but still.

I just hate, that both SSM and X-men cartoon are both more updated in other countries then here. Im so not use to that. I dont mind, cause i got a source to get all the links for each episode that is out, but still, i like to be up to date , not behind! >
