I've only attended a couple of tapings of "Politically Incorrect" when they came to DC. It was fun to run home and pick out me, my friends and boyfriend in the audience.

I missed David Letterman when he did his little tour and hit this area. :csad: :down One of these days I'll make it on his show in NYC.

I had plans to take some seniors to a day time tv show but my boss made sure to sabotage that ****. :down

I hate to admit it, but I was an audience member on this show:

I saw Conan when he did a week of shows in Chicago. I got to see the *********ing bear in person! It was great.

I've been to those Disney/Universal show things.

Holy crap. Catman you just unlocked several forgotten memories from my childhood.

No, just one those stage shows with animals and magicians and crap. It was some time ago so it's not fresh in memory.

I saw Conan in NYC last year. It was pretty cool, because they tape it as if it was live. Commercial breaks only last for like two minutes and the running time of the show is pretty much the same.

The differences are what go on before the show. A writer or some member of Conan's staff, who is often featured in the sketches, came out and warmed up the audience, and he was actually really funny. Then Conan came out and talked to us for five minutes or so and just jerked around with people. Also, Max and the band played some songs to warm up and talked for a little bit. I liked that time before the show cause it's a little something that's just for the studio audience. Good stuff.
