I mean, not much of answer. Could be more a matter of when than if, but also nothing really new.

They should probably just cast him for a Hawkeye movie even if he plays second fiddle to Kate Bishop. It would probably attract more viewers than a 2nd season only accessible to Disney+. Blu-ray releases (especially tv shows) are for niche market at this point.
