i would say that hawkeye is much smarter than bullseye, and would therefore have the edge. hawkeye may not be as deadly accurate but hes no slouch, he routinely pulls off the triple shot. so i give it to clint.

especially if it happens to be ultimate hawkeye, who you know, basically IS bullseye.

Exactly. I love a maniac who can kill a person with a nickel as much as the next guy, but Hawkeye is good and bullseye is bad. Good will beat evil always. That's the natural balance. Unless it's a what if where evil always beats good, or if hawkeye becomes evil and bullseye somehow fights for good. Maybe they could use that in a story. The avengers with full shield power behind them use the thunder bolts to track the new avengers.

Maybe that's why we're seeing so many "heroes vs. heroes" type stories. Because now we can't assume that "good" will always win. Lame, I know.

No, he wasn't. The guy had trouble hitting things from inside a moving chopper. 616 Hawkeye could do a backflip off a chopper and hit a fly at 500 feet before he opens his parachute.
