Heavenly Sword dated for U.S.

The we-can't-wait-to-buy-it Heavenly Sword has gotten dated. The title will drop March 6th in the US according to Sony Computer Entertainment of America's website. No word on Japan yet. This red-headed "Goddess of War" game got generally favorable reviews (impressions?) at last year's E3. Can't wait.

It looks good, might warrant being my 2nd PS3 game

Hopefully it'll make the PS3 launch in the UK, along with Motorstorm. That way we could actually have a fairly decent launch.

ETA: That said, we've heard very little about this game of late. I'd like to see where it's heading.

The one disappointment is that Resistance is the only real good-looking game out right now... hopefully Heavenly Sword will do that.

I'm already gonna get Motorstorm for sure. That just looks badass.

That's what I'm thinking. If the game is being released in a couple of months time, the game must be well on its way to completion.

Well there's a rumored Sony event (why do they always have to be rumored ugh) in February. I might show up there. nAo, one of the lead guys on Heavenly Sword has said that they've sent Sony plenty of material, but it's entirely up to Sony when it gets shown.

I think it's a hard one to call. I couldn't say which way the game will fall. There haven't been any playtests that were in depth.
