I hope the people who donated get a Producer credit of some sort. Exec Producer I imagine...even though Producer's I believe are the ones who front the money...may be wrong. Exec Producer's have *some* power during filming. Maybe the peeps who donated be associate producers?

Frankly, I don't find myself bothered by this at all. Rolfe has always come off as someone who appreciates his fan base tremendously (as opposed to other Internet personalities like the Spoony One) and people just love the AVGN character a lot to where they want to donate money to him. Please keep in mind that these people want to give Rolfe their money, he's not holding them at gun point.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the initial goal was to hopefully get close to $75,000 and then have investors pony up the rest. Rolfe isn't rich after all. Cinemassacre allows him to make a living, but he still just can't put $75,000 let alone $326,000, into making a movie. But since the fans went above and beyond Rolfe's expectations he'll be able to completely bypass the investors giving him 100% creative control on the project and put out a quality product as opposed to the shoestring budget productions he usually puts out for the AVGN series. He will be able to give a better product for the fans.

As for the credits, those who donated $200+ will see their names in the credits in the Special Thanks section.

I live Avgn older videos but he hadn't made a funny one in 3 years, I would never pay him, period. With that said I never understood why people have a problem with him taking donations. It's their money who cares what others do with it. Sounds like jealousy to me. The movie doesn't look good though. As others have said I'm not into crapping pickles and all that other stuff. I liked when he just talked over gameplay for ten minutes

Fans of the Spoony Experiment are just a bunch of annoying, obnoxious, fanatical, *****ebags to the point where even Spoony doesn't like them. There have been a few that he appreciates like the ones that have donated stuff to him or the few that act like sane and rational people, but the vast majority of them are just so obnoxious that even Spoony has had to tell them to knock it off like their attacks on other Channel Awesome members like Lupa (who he isn't fond of to begin with), Film Brain, and Linkara. Or he went after the ones who acted like they're psychologists when he went off the deep end and he essentially told them to go **** off (it isn't a good idea to tell people that you don't know personally what they should do with their mental health).

I agree. I don't know what happened but he took a short hiatus a couple years back, and after he started again it just wasn't the same. I have found a couple jokes good, but he doesn't really rant like he used to, he doesn't do much new, and has kind of went from Angry Nerd to the "Meh Video Game Reviewer."

He was still shooting scenes a couple months ago. I wouldn't expect this until sometime next year ( hopefully) . The trailer is funny though. I kinda regret not donating something to it.
