Help me marvel fans (what books to buy)

I didn't know where else to put this request so please bare w/ me...

I am fairly new to collecting books (been doing it about 3 years, though that's nothing compared to some)

I have started a personal project which basically consists of colecting 1 book per marvel character, but am interested in purchasing the QUINTESSENTIAL MARVEL TPB/HC FOR THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERS:

Hulk
X-MEN
Ghost Rider
Punisher
FANTASTIC FOUR


Can anyone give me ideas for quintessential books for these characters?

Hulk: Probably either Planet Hulk or Hulk: The End. Peter David's run is my favorite, but to appreciate that you really need to buy more than just one TPB.

X-Men: I'd go with Essential X-Men vol. 1. There simply isn't a better run of X-Men than Chris Claremont's early issues.

Punisher: Really anything by Garth Ennis. Welcome Back, Frank is probably the most obvious choice.

Fantastic Four: The first HC of Mark Waid's run. I'm pretty sure it's just titled Fantastic Four Vol. 1

Ghost Rider is a toughy, as he doesnt have that many TPB's out and non that you would really call essential. But I would recommend any of these 3: Road To Damnation, Resurrected or Essential GR Vol.1.
