Help we can't download the gl digital copy

Hey people,

Here's the stich, my little brother asked me to help him down load a digital copy of the the Green Lantern First Flight dvd; but for some reason it doesn't seem to download after we try to save it to the folder "My Videos".

Can anyone help out and give me the benefit of their skills?

We were able to type in the web address;
provide the authorization code;
followed the rest of the directions which led up to the automatic opening of the My Video folder....and that after that....that's it.

No updates, no nothing....

I would be appreciative of any help anyone can give.

I just tried this. First I had to download the "WB Digital Copy Manager", than it asked me for my code, my email, etc, then I clicked saved. Currently it's in the process of "transfering" to my computer.

Did it work? We tried a few more times and it still hasn't downloaded. My brother was so excited he stayed up all night expecting for the movie to be in My Videos folder; but its not; and he was so down.

If anyone else was able to download the movie; please share with me the steps and if additional updates or programs have to be obtained to download the movie.
