Help with activation account

I tried to register for an account yesterday but never got an activation email. Thinking the problem might be with the email I tried registering with a different email address and still didnt receive anything. I emailed the tech people earlier this morning but have not heard back from them either. It is more than 15 hours since I registered and more than 5 hours since I emailed the tech people but I can't get my account activated. I'm using my friends account to see if anyone knows how I can get this taken care of. Thanks

Is the email going into your spam/junk folder?

no i checked both my junk folder and trash can several times on both email accounts and neither has had anything
