Help With Art!!!

As you see I'm not so good at art but I need help with something. If anyone out there who is great at art could do me a favor and re-draw this picture to make it really really good. It's a costume design for a movie I'm making hopefully in november called WOLF(working title). The script is being written at the moment. If anyone could do it I would like the strip parts blue, gloves blue and boots blue and the rest black. It'd be great if someone could make this really awesome. My drawing sucks . Really quick sketch with flat colors, I didn't know what the mask as all about from your picture, so i gave him fangs. and i sketched too big to put feet
