They're probably using the electricity to lop off the hydrogen/oxygen molecules and use it for a fuel. Just call it hydrogen or oxygen gas, not "HHO." Gimme a break.

ANYWAY, I'D SEEN THE CUTTING TECHNOLOGY YEARS AGO, IN LOCAL INDUSTRY EXPOS. BUT THE IDEA OF TURNING H20 INTO A SUBSTITUTE FOR GAS IS NOTHING NEW EITHER..........THE MAJOR OIL AND AUTO MANUFACTURERS WOULD JUST NEVER ALLOW IT TO HAPPEN. BUT IF THIS GUY EVER RELEASES A CHANGE-OVER KIT THAT'S REASONABLY PRICED, I'M ALL OVER IT.
