There are plenty. For both writer and artist. Jim Aparo is of Batman's famous artists, who has two named after to him such as, Aparo Park and the Aparo Expressway in Gotham. Another would be Grant Morrison who penned the graphic novel Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on Serious Earth. He also drew various issue of Legends of the Dark Knight, his would be Grant Park. Chuck Dixon who wrote a large amount of long runs of Batman titles from the 90's has one as well called the Dixon Dock. Both Marshall Rogers and Neal Adams, have an area in Gotham named after themselves. Rogers Yacht Basin and Port Adams.
Alan Davis and Mike w. Barr, worked together on both Batman and Detective Comics. With Barr helming writing duties, and Davis penciling. They worked again on the Batman and The Outsiders book. Davis Avenue and Barr Town would belong to them.
In the 80's, Alan Grant wrote for Batman and Detective Comics, which earned him a location named after himself as well, Grant Park. The Westward Bridge was named after Adam West and Burt Ward, who both played Batman and Robin from the live 60's television series. There's Novick Tunnel and Miller Harbor, hailed by both Irv Novick and Frank Miller. There's even the Sprang River and Sprang Bridge, named after Batman artist Dick Sprang. And the Archie Goodwin International Airport, for writer Archie Goodwin. There's also Cape Carmine, named after Carmine Infantino.
And lets not forget Batman's creators Bob Kane and Bill Finger, who have two each. Kane has the R.H. Kane Building and the Robert Kane Memorial Bridge. While Finger himself has the Finger River, and the Finger Memorial Park.
