questions of issues from a noob?

Hi. Been a long time reader of Batman and Detective Comics, ever since I was a small lad. t:

I have a few questions of some issues that I can't remember at all. I read them like YEARS ago, and really liked them, but it's been so long that I can't think of the ish numbers of them, but only remember what they were about. So maybe some of you die hard collectors can help me out here.


1. There was this one ish where we see Bats going to San Francisco, to follow a lead about one of "Bruce Wayne's" friends that died because of an.....axe or knife, i think. Something to do with native americans too

2. The other issue had Mad Hatter breaking a chimp out of some zoo, and inviting Batman to a tea party. Bane was also in the ish, and that's all I can think of.

3. robin, Nightwing, and Bats go to the desert because of something Azrael said to them??

4. Batman goes to Venice and meets a CIA Agent, I think Bats also goes Germany
