Wow! Some of you dudes totally missed the point of the review. He's not "hating" on the film. I bet once he makes his other reviews, they'll be the exact same, no matter how many people think that film is a classic. It's his act, he'll be nitpicky on all the Hollywood storyline stuff that would never happen in real life. Nothing wrong with that. He doesn't take himself serious. And he really didn't slam the movie at all. He just has fun with all the logical fallacies in the movie.

exactly, good structured review nevertheless its still packed with sarcasm, like how he mentioned cyclops. its just the style of the review, their meant to be funny, i bet the next ones going to be the same as well.

lol its funy how ppl here want other ppl to h8 superman so much, this reminds me of the kevin smith thread, completely of the initial meaning. people here need to understand the meaning of the word irony.

I don´t hate Superman Returns, I will buy the DVD and stuff, but there's no denying that it's

1) Full of plotholes
2) Basically a remake of the first one, with almost the exact same situations (even Lois' "near death" in the water, that kinda mirrors Lois "deadly death" from the first one)

To put it simply: it is a nice and fun movie, BUT IT COULD'VE BEEN MUCH, MUCH BETTER.
