I found it on Ebay on dvd format. It's an import from Australia, Region Free. I'll probably consider it.

He was acting really strange with some girl sitting next to me who he was trying to awkwardly put the moves on or something. He rubber bands emotionally when she starts to get what a nut job he is and he acts offended that she's done talking to him and as I leave to get off on the same stop I tell her "Dude is psychotic..." Since it was filmed in Australia it makes sense that they would have it. I wish I had known what I know now when DVDs first started. There was a bunch of stuff put on DVD back then that hasn't been reprinted in 20 years. I should have bought a lot of them back then.
