heres another idea i got fro mteh game x men next dimension she destroyed teh moon and it was really cool so what if she would have done that in the movie and had the tidal waves go crazy and instead of having wolverine kill her shes heading for earth but then jean surfaces and communicates the x men t osay one last good bye then kills herself like maybe go into the sun like she did in x men 90's 80's series when she had to take the mkran crystal then later in future fills htat could be refered to as the white hot room

About this scene, I think maybe Kitty was trying to protect the president from the brotherhood who could go against him.

I like what this scene suggests me:

the x-men arriving to the city before the brotherhodd, and trying to evacuate all the citizens, maybe in little teams, (Kitty alone trying to stop president's car; Beast and Bobby in the laboratory...) but at the same time, the brotherhood has arrived in other point of the city and have started to make some destruction. The x-men who were separated at first, call each other and get reunited and then start the big battle between the two teams.

I would have preffered something like this instead of X3 final version.

I see that even in the design stage, Iceman vs Pyro still amounted to Dragonball Z'ing each other to death, instead of some degree of skill or stratagem. I know they're hormonal kids, but give them some credit.

Sure Jean Grey's full-scale destruction of San Francisco would be exhilarating, but that wasn't necessarily what let X3 down. It reduced the Phoenix to a sideshow that was never emotionally developed. They wouldn't need to blow everything up if the Phoenix took centre-stage with James Marsden and displayed enough tasters of her power.
