Would you consider yourself to be more of a homebody?

Homebody is such a hideous word - anyone agree? I’d rather be called a hermit than a homebody. Anyway, I’m neither.

What the hell does 'homebody' mean?

Weird, never heard of that word in my life

Congrats, I have NEVER actually seen a person use the word "homebody" until right now.

Hmm. I might be considered a homebody-- I'm usually working on various projects on my days off rather that going out. Maybe that makes me a hobbyist?

I always feel like I'm doing something wrong when I leave my house.

That makes you a freak of nature. Get it right.

With me, I work 5 days a week so when I get a day off all I wanna do is rest and forget about everything that's going on outside.

Only time I ever leave the house, other than for work, is to pay bills and go grocery shopping.

^Hey, we're all homebodies at some point

I'm going to rape your home and burgle your body.

A guy could get mixed up in this thread.

When I was a teenager, with my mom being a nurse and be away most nights, I wouldn't go home for days. I lived pretty wild drinkin and partying that when I was finally an adult (over 21:P) i pretty much got sick of going out.

Nowadays I spend weekends at home reading, hanging with my wife or taking my dog out for long walks.

I'm old. I rarely leave my house and when I do it's just to work.

I leave my house if people want to do stuff but otherwise I just sit around on the weekends.
