How do you know it wasn't a hooker and just a high school girl in her regular attire?

Hookers come in all types and styles though. I stayed in Paris once, and there was a hooker who worked the corner down from the apartment I was in. She wore a pastel green business suit every damn day. As far as I could tell she did a fair amount of business.

I was at a restaurant tonight and in the table across from mine there was this guy (who looked like Sgt. Garcia from `50s Zorro) eating dinner with a hooker. I've seen hookers on the streets and behind police cars, but never at a restaurant.
