I have two predictions:
1. I think Hope will be the mechanism by which other characters will discover Lena's secrets. Either they will hack Hope, or Hope will blab intentionally in order to hurt Lena because...
2. I think Hope will grow beyond its original programming and develop ego and ambition, and become a villian who was manipulating Lena all along, and will betray her the moment it becomes prudent to do so.
I see Lena's story arc eventually coming back to having a relationship with people again, and I think for that to happen, something has to motivate her to push Hope away.
Also, the first episode seemed to be setting up a big "When does techology hurt us and when does it help us?" storyline. If they pursue such a storyline, I see Hope playing a major role in it.
