If it's like a week or more. I'll like to spend my money on really enjoying myself, endulging in the regions food, alcohol and seeing the sights. So that's where the money goes that I save on accomadtions.

I finally stayed in the worse Hostel of all time. You would think sleeping in a room with 3 guys would be a reall thrill for me *sigh* dirty boys, but I still perfer them to women roommates.

The bathroom I'm sure was formerly a closet, for some reason they've been ranked in the top 10 for New York hostels. Maybe it was location, Chelsea. I wasn't impressed, ugh.

On another note I watched Hostel while staying there and laughed my @$$ off. A little more sex then I like in my horror films. Eli Roth is a freakin riot.

I went down the east coast of Australia staying only in hostels. It was a good way to meet people. Not just Australians but people from Europe, too. At one, I was having a conversation at night and someone came outside to reprimand me, saying, "How come you Americans have to talk so loud?"
But overall I liked it, I met more people than I would have if we stayed in hotels, and it was cheap.

There wasn't one american in my room, but I never got to talk to anyone much,they were always alseep when I got in or I was aseep when they got in.
