Hot Toys TDK time span of availability

In other words, taking in to account the January theatrical re-release of the movie, how long do you think the HT 12" TDK figures (including the Begins Batman) will be in production and relatively easily available. I would like to get these, but it's likely I may not be able to afford them until March of '09. I MIGHT be able to get them before them, but it's not a sure thing.

They will be available on eBay for AGES. Although the prices may go up.

The jan re-release isn't going to affect it at all... there's still going to be plenty available for now so get them while you can.

The figures may be available for now, but the funds probably won't be.
Lessee, pay my bills or buy some really expensive toys. Hmmm... tough choice.

Well, in March, I will be getting a large some of money (an installment on some back pay) , and unless they'll be asking like a thou each, I should be able to afford it. Then again I really hate paying some of the ridiculous prices some of these speculators ask for. Don't wanna encourage them, after all. These are the same creeps that buy up all the stock a store may have, leaving none for anyone else. I've been burned a couple of times like that.

Definately won't be going for a thousand each. I'll say the maximum will be around $250~$300 depending on whether it'll be out of production by then. I wouldn't worry too much about so-called scalpers with these types of figures. They don't exist because nobody is stupid enough to buy up all the stock for themselves. That's just impossible. For the moviemasters? Probably... like we all experienced months back with the MM Joker but for something that costs almost $200 each? Nope.

Well, we'll see what happens in the next few months. Until then, I'll have to be satisfied with the DCD versions I have on order.
