With Whedon directing The Avengers and even possibly rewriting the script what are the chances that Nathan Fillion could be Hank Pym? Wouldn't that be cool? And knowing Whedon track record of writing strong female leads (and doing it well I might add) it would allow the chance of bringing Janet in and making that relationship a really vital part to the story.

If Hank Pym appears in the Avengers, and if Whedon brings in one of his boys to play Pym, I prefer Alan Tudyk.

I doubt Whedon has any say in who plays Pym, if he even appears in the Avengers film. Edgar Wright is the one who has final say, I believe.

Well, I don't know who Ace of Knaves is but another bonus for Fillion is that The Avengers wouldn't be made up of RDJ and a bunch of young dudes. Diversifying that ages of the team I think would be a good idea, at least if they go beyond the 4 folks that are already in it

Nathan Fillion would be better as hawkeye.For Joss to use an actor he
has previsously worked with as Henry Pym It would be better to use
Alexis Densoff or Alan Tudyk.

Summer Glau as well as eliza Dushku would be wrong for wasp.Unlike some
I am big fan of both.Amy Acker Is the whedon Actress who would be best
for wasp.Now If they want to base Wasp on the ultimate version then
Dichen Lachman would be good choice.However I hope they stick to
the 616 Avengers as much as possable(besides Samuel L Jackson as
Nick Fury and Shield starting the Avengers)

Enver Gjokaj,victor from DollHouse,I could also see as Hawkeye.A shame too
there Isn't a part that Olivia Williams could play.Many agree she Is fantastic
actress.She was wasted as Moira mactaggert In X-Men the last Stand.A good
choice for the part but didn't have anything to do.

I would LOVE to see Nathan Fillion as Hank. He'd be perfect. As long as Whedon leaves that Ultimate Universe wife beating crap out of the script altogether. Hank needs to be a hero/scientist first. I'd take a "plucky hero" described in Serenity.

Summer Glau is too young for Jan but she's a spot on Scarlet Witch... sequel?
