Interestingly Batman vs proto-Godzilla pretty much already went down, way back in the 50s:

As a kid I always imagined the full DC-Toho - JL vs. Kaiju classics crossover team-up would be fantastic as follows:

Wonder Woman - Mothra
Batman - Destoroyah
Green Lantern - Ghidorah (yellow/gold space-alien)
Aquaman - Gamera( amphibian? if he doesn't count Manda)
Flash - Anguirus (crazy rolling-speed!) LOL!
Martian Manhunter - Gigan
Hawkman & Woman - Rodan or Ōkondoru or both!
