Comics How did spidey die?

Hi. Thanks for the link. but its really complicated. can somebody send me a list of all spiderman comics please? Thanks !

First, stop bumping your own thread.

Second, people have already answered a lot of your questions and supplied you with the links to find out what you want to know. Why don't you do some research on your own, instead of expecting everyone else to do it all for you and spoon-feed you the answers? (And is this really that important? You're not going to buy every single comic Spider-Man's ever been in, anyway. You say you've never read a Spidey comic before in your life... and now you suddenly want to buy every comic that's ever been released.... that makes sense. :o)

Now wait a minute, if he's got the capital necessary to afford EVERY Spider-Man comic ever made, I'll provide the information necessary for 260,218 Lira. :o (That's a 150,000 American)

Cuz quite frankly, you gotta be a rich mofo to afford all those comics.

wow thats really alot. i will start with amazing fantasy #15. but i am still confused about does marvel sells that comics for cheap ? because its $0.10 here
http://marvel.com/comic_books/issue/16926/amazing_fantasy_1962_15
That's on Marvel's Digital Comics Unlimited. That would also be a good resource for someone like you. You'd need to subscribe on there, I hear it doesn't cost that much and it's a great deal because they add new comics on there almost every day (they have over 6000 Marvel comics on there, I think).

Hi !
Is that for reading comics from internet ? or they send comics to your door ? for $0.10 ?

Internet.

You could also grab trade paperbacks and Graphic Novels.

That's collections of stories. The Essential Spider-Man trades collect 10 to 20 issues in one volume. (Only it's in Black and White.)

Also, that old stuff isn't for everybody. Fair warning. Most stuff before the 80's is very dated.

Hi Anubis !
Does Marvel selling amazing fantasy #15 as comic ? I don't really want to read comics from Internet. That sucks.. I want to buy them as comic. Can you give me a link about that please? My english is not so good so I don't understand some stuff in marvel.com ^^

Hi. First of all thanks for the link but i have 2 questions.
-Does marvel still selling Amazing Fantasy #15 and
- Whats the comic after amazing fantasy #15

Amazing Fantasy 15 , the original comic, is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, there are only a few left in the world.

they reprinted it in an issue of Marvel Tales in the late 60s and 80s though.

But, your best option is to buy that edition of Essential amazing Spider-man.

........

Amazing Fantasy 15 was the last issue of the comic book series 'Amazing Fantasy', and just happened to be Spider-man's first appearance.

His next appearance was in Amazing Spider-man issue 1.

You get Amazing Fantasy 15, and Amazing Spider-man issues 1 - 20 in vol 1 of that book that I linked to.

If you want to read the first appearances of Spider-man, buy that book.

hey thanks for the answer pal !

but no i don't need the original version of amazing fantasy ^^ is there any reprint of amazing fantasy #15 ? with normal price?

Personally, I wouldnt bother trying to buy every single Spider-Man comic ever published. Its too expensive and time consuming. For instnce, consider all of the Spider-Man titles that have been published in the nearly 50 years that the character has existed:
Amazing Spider-Man (Over 660 issues.)
The Spectacular Spider-Man (Volume One, over 250 issues.)
The Spectacular Spider-Man (Volume Two, over 30 issues.)
Web of Spider-Man (Over 150 issues.)
Sensational Spider-Man (Volume One, about 30 or 40 issues.)
Sensational Spider-Man (Volume Two, I dont even know.)
Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man (Dont know.)
Marvel Knights Spider-Man (About 20 issues.)

So thats well over 1000 comics to find, buy and find a place to store. And that's not including the times that Peter or Spider-Man appear in other characters comics, mini series, one shots and annuals.

Take my advice. Buy "The Amazing Spider-Man: The Complete Collection" on CD. It has every issue of the Amazing Spider-Man from number 1 to number (something like) 530.

1) Does this really need its own thread? There's already threads about the new Ult. Spidey and the old Ult. Spidey's death.

2) Way to judge (and spazz out about) something before you've even read it. But I guess I'm on the internet, so why should I expect anything different? :whatever:

3) If you (by your own admission) have never read Spidey comics before.... why do you even care??

You'll grow an ulcer, JJJ's Ulcer.

Or buy the Essential trade collections. No color, but you're physically reading them.

On a similar note, isn't it ironic that the Spidey REPRINTS sometimes cost about as much as the actual issues? Always find that funny about older issues of Marvel Tales.

Hi again guys. In 2-3 weeks i will start to get comics but still i dont know where to buy how to buy. I will start with Amazing Fantasy #14 but which spidey comic is after amazing fantasy #14 ? and should i buy amazing fantasy #14 from ebay?

After you get Amazing Fantasy #14, then get Amazing Fantasy #15... Spidey's first appearance :cwink:

In fact, it's the only Spidey Comic I'm missing after buying/reading Spidey comics for over 35 years, so if you can grab 2 copies and give one to me, because you are probably the nicest (an richest) Spidey fan in Europe, then that would be very appreciated.

After Amazing Fantasy #15, Spidey next appears in Amazing Spider-Man #1....

:yay:

Make sure you get Amazing Fantasy v1 #15 from the 60s. AF v2 #15 from more recently is a completely different story.

Yeah... good luck finding Amazing Fantasy #14 at your local comic store.
