How do I get my saved game files back???

I just had to replace my ps3 due to the dreaded ylod.How do i get my saved games back.I already have all my trophies.

unless you backed them up to a flash drive (or any other external storage device) they are gone, trophies are stored on the PSN network server once you log into your old account go to the trophy icon in the game sub menu and it will sync up with the server and they will all be back. and like LIVE you can re download anything you bought from the PS store with the exception of videos.

I still have the old hard drive so I guess I could install it in another ps3(a friend's ps3) and back it up to a flash drive.Thanks bro!!!
