how do I get pictures from my phone to my computer?

... and vice versa, send pictures from the computer to my phone? My phone is Verizon. Anyone able to help me here?

Does it have a plug for a USB cable? Most new ones do, get the right cable and your away...

You might need to be specific regarding the model of your handphone.

You can use a USB cable, a memory card, bluetooth or infrared. Assuming you don't have those, try contacting Verizon and ask for their opinion.

My service provider provides an alternative for me to transmit pictures from my handphone via WAP. I can log into my service provider's website and uploads images from my PC to their server so that subsequently, the pictures could be transmitted via MMS. Maybe Verizon has similar concept?

here's what I do on my phone, which is also verizon:

select picture you want from your gallery
click options
select send
select "to"
type in the desired email address. the "@" symbol can be typed by hitting 1 twice in abc mode
hit send

it should be that or some variation of that

email them to yourself, or send them to somone who can email them to you or has a direct usb caple they can use to download them onto your comp.
