How do I redo itunes?

My computer has been going crazy for a few days. Its been giving me the blue screen of death off and on. Its working now but quicktime wouldn't work, and my itunes won't work. I redid quicktime so it works but it won't let me use itunes. What do I do to get my itunes and songs back?

Redo? I am assuming the install of itunes got screwed up and you want to reinstall it and then have all your stuff you had before in it, in your new version of itunes?
