Be honest now! Also, for those of ya'll who can't. Do you want to learn or just don't give a damn anymore or.. just never really bothered to learn?.

I know how to drive stick, but prefer to drive auto, just feels like less work for me. Lawd.

Learned to drive stick before most on here were born...then again, I learned to drive dinosaur before any on here were born.

Learned on stick, no power steering, no power anything lol.

Been awhile since I did one so I may stall a few times but I can drive a stick

I learned to drive on a stick, but my first car was an automatic and I haven't driven stick ever since. So I guess my answer is, I COULD do it in an emergency, but it probably wouldn't be a very smooth and graceful drive, lol.

I want to learn how to do drift style. I mean properly.

Well good news, I heard your military father was not pleased that you got into a bunch of trouble so he plans on sending you to school in Japan where you will make friends with Lil Bow Wow and his Hulk car as well as become rivals with some Japanese students there over a very hot half Asian chick

I'll take the half Asian chick and dump Lil Bow Wow on your doorstep. :hmr:

That chick was very hot. For some reason half Asian/half American chicks are so damn sexy

Half Asian half American? What does that look like, considering America is a bit of a melting pot, you know? You talking maybe Tiger Woods, or maybe Mike Shinoda?

I've been driving stick for five years and wouldn't have it any other way.

The only vehicles, one pick and two Wranglers, I've owned have been stick. My Jeep was off the road for a bit and it felt like a bit of chore to shift but now it's second nature again.

In my country everybody learns to drive stick, so yeah.

Most of my cars have been stick shifts, but the last couple have been automatic. I found that it's really nice to be able to hold a cup of coffee while I'm driving. That's not so easy with a standard trans.

Although when I bought an automatic and started driving it around, it was months before I stopped pounding the floor looking for the clutch that wasn't there. I think I almost pounded a hole in the floor. Old habits die hard.

But it sure is nice having a free hand. For coffee and stuff.

Yes I can, but it's been forever.

Pretty much this.

I mean anything. Half Asian with black, white, Latin, etc and 9 times out of 10 the women are gorgeous

Same here. I had to drive a car without power steering for a week a while ago and when I got my regular car back the steering was so easy I thought the steering wheel had came loose :woot:

It's been a while since I've done it, I know how to drive stick and write in cursive.

When I was a teenager, my older sister tried to teach me how to drive a stick with her car and I just could not do it. After I nearly ruined her transmission we gave up and it's been automatic for me ever since.

It's standard over here (UK). I drove an automatic once. Bloody Mickey Mouse car. Give me manual any day.

I currently drive a stick but its a slow 4 cylinder. Personally I think driving a stick is only really worth it if its sports car or muscle car.

And here I thought stick was a dying format for transmissions. :o
