he should email the poeple telling them that the side kick is being turned off, so the chick is losing her money anyways, so they have 2 options: retunr the sidekick and let it be done, or he's sending the police and pressing charges. so, since she's losing the money anyways, she can either return it and go about her life, or have charges pressed against them.
