How often do the WB DVDs go down in price?

A while ago I saw that, at Target, the WB DVDs were down to like 22 bucks. Veronica Mars, Smallville, One Tree Hill, those ones. So I was just wondering if anyone knew how often target has them go down in price.

Stores like Target, Walmart and Best Buy usually have low prices, the problem with Target and Walmart is that they don't carry a huge DVD selection.
