It still feels too "clean" in comparison to Singer's version but it's still an improvement.

nah, Gavin Hood re-invented a number of things from the franchise and this entire sequence, at least the look of it, is very different from Singer's concept.

I like them both but it is cool seeing it in green t:

That's been reported as "false". Apparently it was the repainting of a vehicle so it didn't blend in with a shot.

Hood recently denied any scuffle with Rothman but who knows...
