How to save flash based videos.

Usually I just google stuff like this but I can't seem to find a working solution. The video has got to be in the cache somewhere. I'm using a mac btw.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. This is the video I'm attempting to download:

Since your on a Mac, I would use Firefox, install "Flashgot" addon, then if you like you can get a download manager like Leech for Flashgot to use, but it isn't necessary. Flashgot can use the browsers built-in downloader to download the video files.

When a video file plays the Flashgot icon should appear in the App Bar or the toolbar depending upon settings; clicking the icon will start the download.

DownloadHelper addon is the one I use (not sure if it works on a Mac but im assuming so). It gives you multiple options of what resolution you want. (480p, 720p, 1080p)

Yes VDH works fine too, however, I've had a few instances where it failed to detect the media and bypass the sites protection. Also, I prefer to use Flashgot along with Leech or OrbitDownloader to maximize download speed verses the built-in browsers.

Either or though.

Hello, some flash based videos are easy to find on YouTube, for example, if you do like download flash videos, some online web browser and video downloader program can do the job for you.
