The Hulk would win easily, he would just destroy the big ape.

Hulk, easy

Kong's just a big ape, got proportionate strength, which probably means he can lift 20, maybe 30 tons or so. Bullets can peirce him, too, his skins not tough. Hulk on the other hand has held mountain ranges. There's no comparison
